Ama Dablam (6858 m) is one of the most spectacular mountains in the world.  Located in the Khumba region of Nepal, the trek to Ama Dablam will allow you to see the stunning Himalayan vistas of Everest, Makalu and Lhotse.  If you choose to, we can climb to Island Peak to become acclimatised before ascending Ama Dablam. Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu
As you reach at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, Third Eye Adventure arranges as airport representative who will meet you and end up the formalities (Visa, etc). You just need to confirm our representative with a show board at the way in gate. You will after that shift to the hotel. In the evening, we will have a welcome dinner at a long-established Nepalese restaurant and also observe a Nepal is cultural program. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing and preparing for trek
Today, you will go for visiting the attractions in Kathmandu. The main fascinations of the sightseeing tour are going around Kathmandu valley where you can see many age-old temples, architectures and more; going around Boudhanath which is one of the biggest Buddhist Stupa in the entire world; Swayambhunath, a renowned monkey temple falling at the hillock; Pashupatinath, a prominent Hindu temple and numerous enthralling places to visit. And many of them are enlisted in UNESCO’s world heritage list. Also, we will prepare for trek today. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2800m). Trek to Phakding (2610m).
From Kathmandu taking a gratifying flight, we will move to Lukla (2827m) early in the morning in 40 minutes. Reaching at Lukla, we set up our trek downward to reach near the Dudh Koshi River and catch up the major path to reach Namche Bazaar, located just on top of Chaunrikharka (2713m). The trail is unproblematic and walking crosswise we will reach at the tiny community of Ghat (2550m). After passing by the community, we will then take a short amble to Phakding. Overnight in Phakding.

Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m).
Today, we will head off from Phakding with a minor mount to Jorsale and we swing further on from a cascade. We, after that, pass by different communities and superb woodland of rhododendron, mammoth firs plus magnolia trees. Subsequently, we turn to Namche going crossways via bridges and rise some meters, an upright fall then after another steeper way up from side to side to the forest we will reach Namche bazaar. Day 05: Rest at Namche Bazaar

Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3800m).

Day 07: Tengboche- Pheriche (4200m).
We make a trip around the Tengboche monastery today in the early morning ahead of moving downhill passing side by side to the forest of birch, fir, juniper, rhododendron to arrive the nunnery located at Debouche. At that moment, we have stable way up only. After passing across the Imja River, the track moves ahead to the Pangboche community where we can catch the view of the dazzling peak Ama Dablam. Our way moves up through unwrapped alpine hillsides ahead of crossing the Imja River in the afternoon that takes us to Pheriche.

Day 08: Pheriche to Lobuche (4900m).
Today, we go away from Pheriche to Lobuche. Our trail mounts to reach the drainage of the Khumbu. After roughly an hour it commences to make way up the Khumbu Glacier’s moraine. It is Dughla for half of our way up to the moraine. Moving additionally ahead from Dughla the track without any stop takes us steeply to the crest of the moraine. Day 09: Trek to Kalapattar (5545m.) and return back to Lobuche
This is one of the pleasant days. From Lobuche, we will walk further to arrive in Gorakshep and then make our way up to Everest base camp and then to Kalapathar. In this area we will find no any hotels and lodges. That is the reason we need to return back to Lobuche to stay overnight. As soon as we arrive at Kala Patthar, we catch up a straight way up and witness the grand views of Mt Everest. We can also make out the peaks like Lingtren (6,697m), Khumbutse (6,623m), Pumori (7,145m) which divides us from Tibet. We subsequently head back to reach Lobuche to stay overnight.

Day 10: Trek to Dingboche (4300m).
Dingboche is an amusing spot that lets us make out arresting assortment of small grazing lands encircled by stone walls caring the crops of potatoes plus barleys from the cool winds. Overnight at tea house or lodge in Dingboche.

Day 11: Dingboche to Chhukung (4730m).
We today stroll to Chhukung Valley found under the rock wall that links up Nuptse with Lhotse. Chhukung is one additionally sensible alternative to go around today. Day 12: Chhukung to Island peak Base camp at 5000m.

Day 13: High Camp 5300m.
On this day, we will make our way to reach at the High Camp that lies at 5300m higher than the Island peak Base camp at 5000m. Our path is not very far-reaching one but has quite a few testing tracks. From here the snap of the enormous and snowy peaks proffer you overwhelming sense. We lay our camp here for overnight.

Day 14: High Camp to summit 6160m. Back to Base Camp
We will start mountaineering early morning today in order to get to the peak and the path turns problematical once you enter at the bottom of the icefall lower than the peak. Great alert have got to be taken while leaving up the wall to the edge to the pinnacle lying at 6160m. After getting there to the summit, you will be mesmerized by the setting. And come back to the Base Camp. This is the most significant day of our climbing.

Day 14-31: Climbing period to summit Ama Dablam (6,812m)
We will move ahead from Ama Dablam Base Camp to Camp 1 at an elevation of 5,700m all along the typical way. We will require enough time to acclimatize at Camp1. We will have two more camps higher than the camp 1 before getting to the summit. The climb is technically demanding. From Camp 1, we go after existing flat lines and after that set up new ropes where needed both for climb and drop. The way up from Camp 2 to reach Camp 3 consists of mixed snow, rock and ice. The make way up from Camp 3 to the peak is comparatively less demanding. After summating the highest point, we go back to the base camp.

Day 32: Ama Dablam Base Camp to Tengboche (3860m)
On this day, we will trek to Ama Dablam base camp and then move back to Tengboche. The most exceptional part of the daytime today is reaching at the Himalayan Rescue Association clinic and knowing the emergency doctors. We are one time again in the ground of rhododendrons plus wild lives. Overnight at Tengboche.

Day 33: Tengboche to Manjo
Today we will go from Tengboche to arrive in Manjo taking up the easy path down. It is quite longer walks. After trekking to reach Namche Bazaar, we will walk more get to Manjo and stay tonight in Manjo.

Day 34: Manjo to Lukla
On this day, we will make our path up to the landing strip in Lukla after a little amble on the valley. Overnight in Lukla.

Day 35: Lukla to Kathmandu
Early in the morning, we will bid goodbye to Lukla and take a pictorial flight back to arrive in Kathmandu. On onset in Kathmandu we will shift back to our hotel. And, in the evening today, in Kathmandu we will together have leave-taking dinner. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 36: Fly back to your destination
Our airport agent will take you to the Tribhuvan International Airport for your return to you home country. We will hope to see you again since we organize a lot of other peak climbing options, as well as tours, expeditions, and sports activities

We will organise this trip on the dates requested by you. The two best seasons for climbing are spring and another is autumn. The other seasons are not recommended for climbing because of the weather. Please contact us today for a customised departure date.
