On first arrival reaching the soil of Himalayan country Nepal at Kathmandu international Airport, received by our guide and staff for short transfer to you hotel in the hub of Kathmandu city at Thamel, an interesting area where trekkers can find all needful items in the shops and stores at Thamel. Check into your rooms after a rest then down at meeting place in the hotel lobby for group briefing where our guide or leader will provide you with information of climb and treks with other necessary queries to make your stay with us enjoyable. Evening welcome dinner is organized in nice authentic Nepalese restaurant with country cultural program to entertainment you along with nice dinner.
Tharpu Chuli Climbing 19 Days Itinerary
Day 01 Welcome to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 02 In Kathmandu for trek preparation with option for tour at places of interest.
In Kathmandu spare and free day at leisure for Tent Peak climb preparation with options for tour around Kathmandu, as this city steeped with historical and ancient religious sites of both Hindu and Buddhism religions, an exciting tour to catch glimpse of Nepalese cultures as it were hundreds of centuries and within World Heritage Sites.
Day 03 Drive to Pokhara about 7 hours and transfer to hotel.
Morning taking interesting drive by tourist bus as per the size of a group, as journey heads towards Nepal Mid West to reach scenic, beautiful Pokhara, after traveling past many farm villages and towns to end drive at scenic Pokhara and then transfer into a nice hotel by the calm Phewa Lake, where most of nice hotels situated.

Day 04 Drive to trekking point and walk to Ghandruk 1,940m - 06 hrs.
Adventure to Tent Peak / Tharpu Chuli Climbing and trek to Annapurna Base Camp begins with morning short drive heading past Pokhara valley towards Nayapul and lovely Bhirethati village, to start the trek as route follows Modi River for short time, then climb past farm villages and rows of terraces to reach at Ghandruk for overnight stop. At Ghandruk with time to explore this large and nice Gurung village observe local culture of age old heritage farm life, as well visit the village interesting Gurung museum facing views of Annapurna peaks.
Day 05 Trek to Chhomrong about 6 hours.
From Ghandruk climb above the village then with gradual walk for short-while then uphill to Kimrong Danda (ridge) a place with few Tea-House and Lodge. From here downhill into cool forests to reach Kimrong River valley. After a short break climbs start for an hour or more to reach a hill top, then on gradual winding path to reach above Chhomrong village with short descend to reach overnight in a large village at Chhomrong. Chhomrong, a large village of Gurung people quite similar to Ghandruk as well the last permanent village before Annapurna Base Camp and Sanctuary.
Day 06 Trek to Dovan about 6 hours.
With nice pleasant stop in Chhomrong morning downhill to cross a bridge above Chhomrong River with climb to Sinuwa Danda (ridge), a small place with few small lodge and shops, as walk continue into deep forest with winding ups, as route lead downhill to reach dense woodland of bamboo grooves at Bamboo. A small settlement that caters the need of trekkers offers good lodges located at Modi river gorge surrounded by forest of rhododendron-pines and bamboo. From bamboo with easy up to reach Dovan for overnight stop in a small and isolated spot with few lodges.
Day 07 Trek to Machhapuchare Base Camp about 6 hours
Slowly adventure gets close to our main highlight where morning walk follows the trails that winds up into forest to a small place at Himalaya Hotel, situate close to large overhanging cave of Hinku. From Himalaya Hotel downhill by the bank of Modi River with short climb to reach Deurali where all tall tree line fades for short alpine bush, walk continues following Modi River upstream towards Machhapuchare base camp for overnight stop, located on the bottom of towering Machhapuchare Himal North Face or ‘Fish Tail’.
Day 08 Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) 3 hours.
A short day walk to Annapurna base camp, from Machhapuchare onward starts beautiful area of Annapurna Sanctuary extends up to base camp, walk with short ups to reach a flat almost level ground or a plateau, to enter Annapurna Sanctuary enclosed with amphitheater of peaks as walk leads to Annapurna Base Camp for lunch and overnight stop. Almost a free whole day at scenic Annapurna base camp in the shadow of massive Annapurna range of mountains that encircles the base camp at the height of 4,130 m, our highest point of the adventure. Afternoon enjoy short walk and marvel exciting views of Vara-Shikar, Gangapurna with Annapurna South, Annapurna Base Camp the only base camp in whole Himalaya that provides facility of nice and cozy lodge facing amazing views of Annapurna peaks.
Day 09 Trek to Tent peak Base Camp about 5 huors.
After a nice stop and time at Annapurna Base Camp, morning walk leads across snow-covered moraine rocky path towards icy trail for an hour reaching a glacier of Annapurna South. After few hours of climb walk leads on a flat spot to set our base camp, first night in tents with proper camping facilities of cook and kitchen staff and dining tents including excellent camping meals.
Day 10 At Tent Peak base camp acclimatization and preparations.
A necessary rest day to allow some practice as well for acclimatization on this high elevation having rest and short walk will certainly cope with the high altitude symptoms having grand close views of Tent Peak ahead from the camp.
Day 11 Trek to High Camp about 4 hours.
Adding extra day to make the climb more accessible, from base camp heading further with a steep climb along rocky and icy glacier with lot of boulders, climb continue to reach high camp at 5,200 meters, afternoon free preparation for the summit bid with time to marvel the sunset views over high mountains.
Day 12 Climb Tent Peak (5695m) and descend to base camp about 8 hours.
Our final and major day of the adventure, starting early morning walk and climb on snow slope with steep ice and rocks encountering some technical sections as climb leads close to summit; where Third Eye Adventure expert guide lead you with safety and enjoyable climb as they fix ropes where necessary on difficult and technical sections of the climb, and then with last tough haul reach on top of Tent Peak a 5,663 meters high. From the summit top rewards you with spectacular panorama of whole Annapurna Himalaya range, and then descend safely back on the same route to base camp.
Day 13 Spare and Contingency day in case of unfavorable weather condition.
Necessary and important to have one more extra days as spare / contingency day for technical climb, as weather plays important role for the climb, with reserve day supports in case of unfavorable weather condition, and if all goes well according to our standard itinerary, use this spare day on walks back to lower areas having much easier with short day to enjoy more views and local culture.
Day 14 Trek back to Annapurna Base Campabout hours.
Morning after breakfast and cleaning up the base camp as well packing gear, then head back to Annapurna Base Camp on an icy path, a normal moderate walk of near five hours for overnight stop at Annapurna base camp.
Day 15 Trek from Base Camp to Bamboo about 7 hours.
Enjoying marvelous moment at Annapurna base camp with climb of Tent Peak, walk today leads to long hours with much descend with short up to reach at Bamboo and back within tree lines and lush vegetation, after being on sheer wilderness of ice and glaciers at Annapurna base camp and scenic sanctuary.
Day 16 Trek to Jhinudanda with Hot Spring about 6 hours
From Bamboo heading back to Chhomrong with ups and downhill walks, and from Chhomrong hill top, where our route divert towards new direction reaching a nice hill village at Jhinu located on a ridge with grand scenery of rolling hills and mountains. Jhinu offers refreshing natural hot-spring where interested people can take a dip in warm pools located a mere distance downhill to reach at hot springs.
Day 17 Trek to road head and drive to Pokhara about 4 hours.
Morning short walk for drive to reach beautiful Pokhara on the last final day of trekking, after crossing a bridge board in a vehicle where drive takes you to Bhirethati and Nayapul town. After Nayapul uphill to reach at Kande and Lumle village (Nepal’s highest rainfall zone) then downhill to Pokhara, after a most enjoyable and scenic time around high hills on Annapurna Base Camp with grand adventure on Tent Peak / Tharpu Chuli climb.
Day 18 Drive back to Kathmandu 7 hours.
Morning nice and exciting drive to Kathmandu on leaving Pokhara, where journey takes you on interesting highway back to Kathmandu, and then check into respective hotels, with afternoon free to enjoy your own personal activities and shopping.

Day 19 International departure for home ward bound.
After a marvelous adventure and experience in Nepal with glorious moments around high Annapurna Himalaya with Tent Peak / Tharpu Chuli Climb, with last day in the country of high mountains and colorful culture, our staff and guide transfers you to airport for your flight back home or to next port of call.
