Ganesh Neupane has been born in a remote part of middle Nepal, Dhading, where he had his higher education by walking school 4 hours daily. Once he entered to Kathmandu for higher education he involved in tourism as a porter as his senior form the village already became a guide and some of them had own trekking agency too. He has been involved in many sectors of the tourism industry for over 17 years. 12 years of hard working made him to own a company named Third Eye Adventure with the support of good-hearted clients cum friends from all over the world. Honesty, dedication, helpfulness and a hardworking attitude has helped Ganesh excel at his job. All this has helped many dreams come true for his clients, many of which he is now good friends with. Of course trekking is a profession, but Ganesh has broken this down to develop the concept regarding the social work by founding Third Eye Foundation a nonprofit organization with his colleague and friends where small amount goes from Third Eye Adventure. Social factor is the backbone of his profession and he excels in this.

Senior Trekking Guide
Deepak Neupane is a senior guide of Third Eye Adventure and is well accustomed to leading large groups. Our clients are always very happy with his service and hospitality as well as his good level of English. Deepak has his license from the Ministry of Tourism (NATHM) and first aid training. With a great knowledge in handling Altitude Mountain Sickness (AMS), you can feel safe knowing you’re in good hands. Deepak’s favorite region to trek through is around Everest.
Senior Trekking Guide
Rabin Neupane is a senior guide with Third Eye Adventure and has more than a decade’s worth of experience trekking having started out as a porter. Having a good level of English and an impressive knowledge about local and international political situations, you’ll love spending time with Rabin. He can thoroughly explain Nepal’s different cultures, rituals and traditions of the different castes and tribes. Rabin is also part comedian and so loves joking and laughing most of the time. He will make your time in Nepal a memorable one.
Raju Bhatta has been involved in the trekking industry for over 6 years. Having finished his lower level education in his hometown of Gorkha, Raju then moved to Kathmandu to continue his higher education. As his parents are farmers, they weren’t able to support his education, so in the beginning Raju began working as a porter. After gaining knowledge and experience along different trekking routes, he was promoted as an assistant guide. Today Raju has a trekking license from the ministry of tourism called NATHM (National Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management), and has a vast knowledge of various trekking routes and culture. He has been part of our Third Eye Adventure team since it was established. He is interested on cooking too.
Nitesh Pudasaini is strong level of fitness gives him the drive to take on the more strenuous trekking throughout Nepal. Like most of our guides, Nitesh also started as a porter. As a trekking guide he’s traversed most of Nepal’s regions, but by far his most popular trails are through the Annapurna, Langtang and Manaslu regions. He is an honest guide and dedicated towards his work.
Ramji Dahal is afantastic charming guy who is working with Third Eye Adventure as a porter cum guide. He is very friendly as well as smile always which makes the guests also happy. Managing the big group by assisting the trekking leader is his skill. If there is 1 or 2 people, he could handle it very nicely by guiding and carrying stuffs too
