Mardi Himal Trek takes you at the height of 4,500 m / 14,850 feet high at Mardi Himal Base Camp. Right beneath Mardi Himal, listed as trekking peak at above 5,587 m /18, 330 feet high. Located at the bottom of the famous Fish-Tail peak the Machhapuchare Himal. One of the unclimbed peaks around the Himalayas stands at 6,993 m / 22,943 feet high, within the Annapurna Himalayan range.

From Manang walk follows at the end of the valley, where a long uphill climb leads on top of Thorang-La Pass. The high pass at 5, 416 m / 17,700 feet forms the barrier between Manang and Mustang districts. A famous holy spot for all Hindus and Buddhist followers, Muktinath is a temple dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu. The adventure leads to Jomsom, the headquarters town of the Mustang area, and then heading past the charming villages of Marpha and Tukuche. Nar Phu and Annapurna Semi Circuit trek:

‘A moderate to adventurous grade trek of 15 to 16 days or more depending upon the starting point of trekking’

Nar-Phu and Annapurna Semi Circuit Trek is an adventure of exciting combination from the main popular Annapurna Circuit and remote Nar-Phu valley.

This wonderful walk involves two high passes of Kang-La at 5,322 m and Thorang-La Pass at 5,416 m. Where one can experience the difference between the main popular route and being on isolated corners of high remote Manang valley.

The first past of the walk for a few days leads on the same route of the famous Annapurna Circuit trekking trail. From Koto village near Chame town headquarter of Manang district, the route diverts heading north towards Nar-Phu valley.

Entering a narrow deep river gorge lined with lush green vegetation and tall trees of pines and rhododendron. Walk follows the river upstream through Dharmasala, Meta, and Kyang to reach an open exposed valley of Nar and Phu.

One feels the aura of a hidden Shangri-La around this wild windswept country bordered by towering snow peaks. Facing views of Himlung and Damodar Himal range with the northern side of Chulu peaks, enjoy a blissful time at Phu village.

Phu an amazing village within windblown landscapes, and yet the people are full of smiles and busy with farm activities. At Phu visit the Tashi-Khang, Samdu Choling Monastery with Kyichu waterfalls. The village of near 30 houses for 100 to 150 inhabitants, raising livestock and farming high altitude crops.

From Phu walk towards the adjoining village at Nar, on route Kang-La pass quite similar to its sister village Phu. But smaller and much more interesting with local villagers in traditional lively activities of farming and raising livestock.

After a great enjoyable time around Nar and Phu villages, away from the rest of the world and modern civilization. The adventure leads to a steep climb on top Kang-La, facing the grand vista of Damodar and Annapurna Himalaya with Chulu’s peaks.

On reaching Kang-La, the route leads back on the main trails of Annapurna Circuit to main Manang village. A different experience after being in the complete wilderness at Nar and Phu, from Manang adventure continues towards high Thorang-La Pass.

The highest point of the adventure on reaching the top of Thorang-La, which separates the Mustang and Manang districts. Facing glorious panorama of surrounding snow mountain range with Annapurna’s’ and as far towards Manaslu with Dhaulagiri Himalayas. Finally walk leads to a long descent towards the Mustang area at the holy site of Muktinath a famous pilgrimage destination.

After staying at Muktinath small village and in the comfort of a nice lodge, the next morning walk to Jomsom. The last final trek of the adventure leads to a big drop towards Kaligandaki River valley.

The walk finally concludes on reaching Jomsom the headquarters town of Mustang district with a small airstrip.

The next morning a short scenic flight from Jomsom takes you to a beautiful city in Pokhara. After completing an exciting adventure on Nar-Phu and Annapurna Semi Circuit Trek. Nar-Phu valley falls within restricted areas of Nepal, where all foreign visitors must obtain a special permit.

Nar-Phu valley allows minimum of 2 persons, where all trekkers must join with reliable trekking companies of Nepal.

Everest and Solukhumbu Region:

Everest and Solu-Khumbu region, a popular area for all types of adventures after Annapurna Himalayas. Both regions of Everest known as the district of Solu-Khumbu offer wide exotic destinations from moderate, adventurous to challenging trekking. The lower southern areas of Everest are called Solu, and the upper high region is known as Khumbu. The charm and pride of Nepal and high Khumbu Sherpa’s is Mt. Everest, in Nepal, it is called Sagarmatha. For the Sherpa’s is Chomolungma for world’s highest peaks Mt. Everest. Where all trekker’s dreams are to reach the foot of Mount Everest at base camp. One of the most popular adventure destinations after Annapurna Himalaya region, where one takes the long route or the shortest way.

The long route is from the town of Jiri the original way to Everest base camp, following the earlier mountaineer’s footsteps. Since the airport was built at Lukla in the midst 1970’s, flying from Kathmandu to Lukla is the shortest.

Flying is the best option for Everest base camp, one can complete the whole journey in less than two weeks. An exciting scenic flight of 35 minutes from Kathmandu, on landing at Lukla Tenzing & Hillary Airport. Start the walk following through many lovely Sherpa villages.

The path is lined with Buddhist prayer monuments, as the walk follows Dudh Kosi River, then reaches Sagarmatha National Park entrance.

The walk leads towards Namche Bazaar on winding uphill facing grand scenery of snow-clad peaks and forested hills. Namche Bazaar the main hub and capital of Khumbu Sherpa’s, as well for trekkers, provides various facilities.

Spending extra days at Namche Bazaar a perfect and ideal height at 3,440 m high for acclimatization and local excursion.

From Namche on the road to Everest base camp, a walk leads to a high hill to scenic Tengboche and the impressive monastery.

A beautiful spot Tengboche amidst forest surroundings with snow peaks that encircles this lovely place, facing views of Mt. Everest.

From Tengboche with time to visit the monastery of great cultural and religious interest, walk leads to higher terrain. Where tree lines drop for mountainous terrain heading towards Dingboche and at Lobuche, as altitude gains at each overnight stop.

From Lobuche towards Everest base camp, the walk follows to Gorakshep then heading east, on rocky trails of ice and glaciers. On reaching Everest base camp enjoy the stupendous dramatic scenery of giant peaks with notorious Khumbu Ice-Fall and glaciers.

Everest base camp flooded with mountaineers tented camps during high expedition’s season of springtime. The view of Mt. Everest cannot be seen from the base camp hidden behind by Lola and Nuptse peaks. From base camp back to Gorakshep for overnight halt, next morning a steep climb of few hours to Kalapathar hill-top. Enjoy the stunning panorama of towering snow peaks that surrounds you with the closest view of Mt. Everest at stone throw distance.

Kalapathar with two tops, the highest point of at 5,643 m and the lower top is at 5,545 m. After a breathtaking and dramatic scenery downhill to Namche Bazaar and then towards Lukla for flight back to Kathmandu. On completing a glorious adventure on Everest base camp trekking.

Everest Base camp and Gokyo Valley via Chola pass:

‘Moderate to adventurous grade trek of average 15 to 16 days or more from Lukla to Lukla’

Everest base camp and Gokyo Valley via Cho-La Pass, an adventure of little more than two weeks. A combination of scenic areas of Khumbu and Gokyo valley with Everest base camp, crossing Cho-La pass at 5,367 m.

The views of grand majestic mountains remain constant, once you set foot after flying to Lukla from Kathmandu. Walk into a lovely traditional Sherpa village adorned with an age-old heritage of Buddhism monuments, following the raging Dudh Koshi River upstream.

As you enter the Sagarmatha National Park, listed in world heritage sites, Sagarmatha is a name for Everest in Nepal. The native Sherpa calls Chomolungma of Tibetan origin language, the walk continues through a beautiful forest of rhododendron and pine trees. Then heading for a long climb to the famous Namche Bazaar the main center and capital of Khumbu Sherpa’s.

A large village almost a size of a town provides various facilities from banks, nice deluxe lodges and resorts, restaurants. As well pubs and bars for enthusiastic party and nightlife lovers, where weekly colorful and busy Saturday market held.

Great place for extra days with two overnights to get acclimatized, and then heading towards Gokyo valley. From Namche onwards route diverts from the main trail heading higher up to Dole and Machhermo settlements. As walk progress entering the beautiful and most scenic Gokyo valley and its emerald-colored lakes.

At Gokyo enjoy a hike to high Gokyo-Ri at 5,357 m, a perfect exercise for acclimatization before Cho-La pass crossing. From Gokyo-Ri enjoy a superb panorama of the world’s four highest peaks Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho-Oyu with an array of peaks. Includes views of scenic Gokyo valley and Nepal Himalayas longest Ngozumba glacier way down below. After an enjoyable time at Gokyo adventure leads to a steep climb crossing over high Cho-La pass.

From the pass a long descent to Dzongla then reaching on the main trail to Everest base camp. Stopping at Lobuche a small settlement with a number of good lodges, the next morning head towards Everest base camp. A lovely walk on high altitude terrain capturing grand views of towering peaks, as route leads to Gorakshep.

Located on a wide sandy field beneath Mt. Pumori and Kalapathar hill, the walk follows over a moraine of ice and boulders. Finally reaching the main highlight destination at Everest base camp, overlooking tremendous views of arctic zone landscapes. However Mt. Everest lies hidden between Lhotse and Nuptse peaks, but the scenery is awesome of dramatic surroundings. The Khumbu Ice-falls lie close at a mere distance from the base camp. After an exciting moment back to Gorakshep for an overnight halt for the next adventure up to Kalapathar.

The final climb next morning with a steep climb on top of Kalapathar the highest point of the adventure at 5,643 m. Offers mind-blowing views of giant peaks that surround the top of Kalapathar facing Mt. Everest at a mere distance.

Truly one of the best views to experience with alluring scenery, from Kalapathar slowly the journey ends heading downhill. Where route leads on the main trail through Pheriche valley to Pangboche village and then up to scenic Tengboche.

A beautiful spot for a grand panorama of high snow peaks with views of Everest and majestic Ama Dablam. Enjoy a short tour of the monastery, and then walk back to Lukla via Namche and Phakding for the last overnight. The next morning a sweeping flight brings you to Kathmandu after a mesmerizing adventure and experience on Everest base camp & Gokyo Valley via Cho-La Pass.

Everest Panorama Trek:

‘Moderate grade trek with a touch of altitude and duration of 07 to 08 days or more from Lukla to Lukla.’

Everest Panorama Trek is a short and moderate grade adventure of a week or more walks from Lukla to Lukla. Introductory treks for beginners as well for all types of travelers, one can enjoy views of Mt. Everest.

Including a series of giant peaks that follows throughout the trek to Tengboche and the impressive Buddhist monastery. The walk follows through lovely Sherpa farm villages all the way to high colorful Namche Bazaar at above 3,440 m.

Everest Three High Passes Trek:

Everest Three High Passes Trekking is a high-altitude adventure and traverses from one scenic valley to another beautiful area.

An exciting walk from main trails to off the beaten tracks, within pristine surroundings in the harmony of mountain wilderness.

Everest Three High Passes Trekking involves a climb to the highest ridges crossing scenic passes. The three high passes of Everest are Kongma-La 5,535 m, Cho-La 5,367 m, and Renjo-La 5,344 m. Includes walk to Everest base camp at 5,364 m and towards the highest spot of the adventure on top Kalapathar Hill.

Kalapathar at 5,643 m high offers a spectacular panorama of a towering snow mountain range with Mt. Everest at close distance.

Everest Three High Passes can be done clockwise or anticlockwise direction, the best way is to start from the east. Crossing the high Kongma-La first from Imjatse valley and then head towards Everest base camp and climb Kalapathar hilltop.

Makes the adventure much better and as well getting acclimatized with the high altitude and experiencing the difference. Walking on the main busy trails and on off the beaten tracks, after crossing the first pass Kongma-La. As well as visiting the famous destination at Everest base and on top Kalapathar hill.

The adventure continues towards Cho-La, a second pass that forms the barrier between Gokyo and the eastern valley of Khumbu. A steep climb leads you on top Cho-La facing grand scenery of towering peaks that encircle the pass.

From Cho-La a long descent to Thagnak the bottom of the pass and then on route to beautiful Gokyo valley. A picturesque country with glacial lakes, enjoy the time at Gokyo in the comfort of a nice lodge. At Gokyo hike to Gokyo-Ri offers a breathtaking panorama of an array of peaks that surrounds the top.

Facing the world’s four highest peaks Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Cho-Oyu, and Mt. Makalu as well the scenic valley of Gokyo. From Gokyo having rest and pleasant time head towards the last third pass of the adventure crossing Renjo-La.

Steep climb for a few hours, the path is well maintained over the past decade, on reaching the top of Renjo-La. Enjoy marvelous views of a towering mountain range with Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho-Oyu. Kwangde range of peaks appears much closer, as walk leads to long descent towards Lungden, a small settlement.

Walk heads further down at Thame valley reaching the western end of Khumbu, and then on a pleasant trail to Namche Bazaar. From Namche rest of the walk is easier and more enjoyable, heading lower and then reaching Lukla for the last overnight stop.

Langtang and Ganesh Himal Region:

Langtang and Ganesh Himal Region, the closest mountain range of Central Himalaya from the capital city Kathmandu. Langtang Himal, is one of the most popular treks after the Annapurna and Everest region, due to easy accessibility from Kathmandu.

A scenic and cultural country walk, within a beautiful location provide excellent trekking for a week or more. While Ganesh Himal region and Ruby valley least visited areas of Central Himalaya, an enjoyable adventure within the picturesque wilderness. Langtang Valley Trek:

‘Moderate grade walk of 07 and 08 days or more with drives both ways.’

Langtang Valley Trek is a moderate-grade adventure suitable for all visitors interested in being close to Himalayan peaks. The Langtang valley trek offers a scenic destination of a week-long walk, within a beautiful forest of rhododendron and pine trees. Located within Central Himalaya range around Langtang Himal region and Rasuwa district, the closest mountain range from Kathmandu valley.

This wonderful Langtang Valley Trek starts and ends at Syabrubesi village after an interesting drive from Kathmandu. It is also the third popular Himalayan destination, walk leads to slow altitude gain making this trek enjoyable for all.

The route follows to higher hills through cool alpine forest and then reaching at scenic Langtang valley at Kyanjin. Staying at Kyanjin the highest point of the adventure at 3, 810 m / 10,531 feet high. Langtang valley is surrounded by an array of high snow peaks of Langtang and Central Himalayas. At Kyanjin one can enjoy a day hike to Tserko and Kyanjin-Ri view-points, adding more height at above 4,000 m high. The high hills offer an incredible panorama of all the Langtang Himal range, including peaks of Tibet across the border.

After a marvelous time at Kyanjin around Langtang Himal, walk back to Syabrubesi to end the walk, and drive to Kathmandu.

Langtang valley and Gosaikunda Trek:

‘Moderate to adventurous grade trekking approx. 13 to 14 days or more with drives both ways’

Langtang valley & Gosainkund trek, an adventure around both sides of Langtang Himal and Central Himalaya range. Great scenic and cultural walks of 13 to 14 days, the trek leads first to beautiful Langtang Valley. Kyanjin is a lovely settlement inhabited by Tamang people the hill tribes of the Central Himalaya range.

After a pleasant trek to Langtang valley at Kyanjin, the next adventure takes you on the same interesting route. From a place, Lama Hotel and further route divert to a high ridge at Upper or Thulo Syabru village. Where trail follows into a dense forest of tall rhododendron and pine trees then reaches Sing Gompa.

Sing Gompa a small village with a monastery, the gateway to Gosainkunda, is regarded as a holy site. From Sing Gompa heading higher facing superb views of Ganesh, Manaslu, and Langtang Himal as far towards Annapurna Himalaya range.

A steep climb heading towards the high exposed ridge of Laurabinaya, and then enter Gosainkunda area, located at 4,380 m. The Gosainkunda and its glacial lake are regarded as the holiest of all holy pilgrimage destinations for Hindu followers.

Once a year a religious festival is held, enjoy the tranquil surroundings enclosed by high rocky peaks and cliffs. From Gosainkunda next morning climb to Laurabinaya-la or Gosainkunda Pass at 4,610 m and 15,126 feet high, the highest point of the adventure. After a strenuous climb, a long descent leads towards Helambu areas, and back into green vegetation and tall tree lines.

Walk follows a high ridge with short ups and down past Kutumsang and Gul Bhanjyang villages to Chisapani hilltop. A scenic spot with several nice lodges facing grand views of Langtang, Jugal, and Ganesh Himal. Chisapani offers stunning sunrise and sunset views over an array of snow peaks, from here downhill to a road-head at Sundarijal. Ruby Valley  and Ganesh Himal Trek, an adventure within complete mountain wilderness amidst beautiful country landscapes. An exciting and great walk off the beaten trail, away from the main flow of trekkers and villages.

Takes you to remote pockets of Ganesh Himal and close to the Manaslu Himalaya range. Away from human habitation and main villages for some days, in absolute isolation within pristine natural surroundings.

Due to its remote location and the least visited region of Central Himalaya, staying overnights in tented camping. Where all camping gear and foods will be provided by the local agents with expert cooks and kitchen equipment.

An enjoyable walk, the region is quite raw it will be more of exploration rather than normal trekking. Ruby valley & Ganesh Himal Trek with options either start from Rasuwa around Langtang Himal region. Another route is from Dhading and Gorkha districts, wherever you start from leading you picturesque Ruby valley.

An exciting trek from both directions that takes you to high country within a beautiful forest of rhododendron and pine trees. The views of Manaslu and Ganesh Himal within a mere distance include a wide panorama of Mid-Western Himalayan peaks. Overlooking as far towards Annapurna Himalaya range from Sing-la and Pansang Bhanjyang high ridge and a pass. The trek leads to crossing over Pansang Bhanjyang at above 3,450 m high towards scenic Ruby valley.

Starting the trek from Arughat town around the low farm areas of Gorkha to enter Dhading district. Where Ruby valley is located and then end the trekking either at Nuwakott at Trisuli Bazaar or Rasuwa district.

Then finally completing the amazing adventure Ruby valley & Ganesh Himal trek with a drive back to Kathmandu.

For the Manaslu Circuit trek, foreign trekkers must obtain a special permit and have to join with Government Regisrated Trekking Companies.

An interesting adventure following the old Trans Himalaya Salt Trade Route of Nepal and Tibet that extends beyond Upper Manaslu.

Manaslu Circuit Trek begins from low farm areas of Gorkha district at Soti or Machha-Khola, as far drive can take. The walk starts following through many farm villages as the trail leads up to cooler hills past Jagat and Philim’s lovely villages.

Slowly the trek enters the high Manaslu valley, right beneath majestic

Mt. Manaslu, spend overnights in the nice village of Lo-Gaon. As route leads towards the main village at Sama-Gaon, having an extra day for acclimatization before heading higher terrain.

After a pleasant rest day at Sama-Gaon with a perfect height of above 3,500 m. The walk leads further to the end of Manaslu valley past Samdu village reaching the base of Larke-La. Spending an overnight at Phedi or Dharmasala, next morning a long climb to the top of Larke-La pass. From the pass overlooking a grand vista of the surrounding close mountain range of Damodar Himal, Manaslu, and Annapurna peaks.

On achieving and reaching the highest point of the adventure a long descent leads to Manang areas at Bhimthang. The great adventurous trek slowly comes to an end reaching Dharapani village. Located on the famous and popular Annapurna Circuit trail, where the motorable road has reached Manang village. Staying last overnight in the comfort of a nice mountain lodge at Dharapani, the next morning a long drive brings you back to Kathmandu.

Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley Trek:

‘Moderate to adventurous grade walk approx. 21 to 22 days with drive both ways.’

Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley Trek is an amazing walking adventure around high and remote corners of the Gorkha district. In the shade of massif Ganesh and Manaslu Himalaya towards a hidden Shangri-La of Tsum the valley of Happiness.

A great combination of both beautiful scenic and cultural regions of Central Himalayas with Tsum valley and Manaslu circuit trails.

The Manaslu and Tsum Valley had been closed for outside visitors been opened since last past decades. But retains as restricted areas, where a special permit is required to enter the beautiful country of Tsum and Manaslu region.

Tsum Valley, located northeast of Manaslu close behind Ganesh Himal an enjoyable walk on the least visited areas. The walk follows on the same trail of the Manaslu circuit for some days, and then the route diverts. From the village of Lokpa, entering into a formerly forbidden country known as ‘Beyul Kyimolung’ of old Tibetan language. Means a valley of happiness, truly a picturesque Shangri-La within massif high mountains of dry landscapes. An extension of Tibetan South West high vast plateau, explore the lovely villages of Chumling, Chokanparo, and Nile.

The walk leads to the last settlement of Mu Gompa, situated in isolated pockets hidden behind Ganesh and Sringi Himal. Facing views of Boudha, Himal-Chuli, and Manaslu Himalaya towards the south, visit Mu Gompa a monastery with a nunnery called Dhephyudoma.

After an amazing time around Tsum Valley walk leads to join on the main route of Manaslu Circuit trail. The adventure follows on a scenic path through lovely villages of Namrung and Lo-Gaon, then reaches the main village of Sama-Gaon.

Spending time at Sama-Gaon being acclimatized head towards the end of the Manaslu valley at the base of Larke-La Pass. Next early morning a long steep climb on winding undulating uphill to the top of Larke-La pass. On the highest point of this adventure at 5, 106 m, for effort hard effort rewards with a spectacular panorama. Overlooking array of the snow mountain range of Manaslu, Damodar Himal with Annapurna peaks as far towards Ganesh Himal.

From Larke-La pass, a long downhill leads back to green vegetation and tall tree lines around Manang areas at Bhimthang. After a wonderful and exciting adventure walk finally ends at Dharapani village for an interesting drive back to Kathmandu. Nepal Far Western Himalaya Region:

Nepal Far Western Himalaya Region covers the largest part of the country is located around remote corners of the Himalayas. Where flight involves both ways to reach the Far Western Himalaya region of Nepal, from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj city airport. A transit point for connecting flight to designated destinations around Far West Nepal, where few groups of trekkers seldom ventures. This leads to complete isolation and in the harmony of mountain wilderness, trekking around windblown terrain and villages. Truly a great adventure to experience around Nepal Far Western Himalaya region around Dolpo areas.

Upper and Inner Doplo Trek:

‘Moderate to adventurous grade walk approx. 21 to 22 days with flights both ways.’

Upper and Inner Dolpo Trek, an adventure around far and remote pockets of Nepal Himalaya region. In the areas less ventured, only a few groups of adventurers and trekkers seldom visit at the best time of the year.

Due to its remoteness where scenic flight involves the starting point of the trek at Jhupal small airstrip.

The adventure begins with a sweeping flight to the low warm city of Nepalgunj and then flying on a small aircraft to Jhupal. Located around Lower Dolpo, as a walk leads to interesting farm villages of Chepkpa and towards Samduwa.

Then reaching beautiful emerald-colored Phoksundo Lake at 3,630 m high close to Ringmo village. Having rest day at Phoksundo Lake and Ringmo village exploring the local cultures of Dolpo highlanders of Tibetan origin.

The adventure continues towards a higher country crossing Kang-La pass at

5,345 m high facing a grand vista of scenic landscapes. Includes views of high snow-capped peaks of Kanjiboraba, Kagmara as far towards Dhaulagiri Himalaya range on the eastern horizon. From the pass reaching a mystical and amazing location at Shey Gompa, the Crystal monastery, is located close to Shey Mountain.

A great unique place far from the maddening modern world of civilization, situated within a wild windswept country. After a wonderful and exciting time at Shey Gompa exploring the monastery and scenic viewpoints.

The walk leads towards the southeast crossing several high passes above 5,000 m high within arid and barren landscapes. Enclosed by a canyon and high windblown cliffs reaching Saldang village, an interesting village. Located on old Trans Himalaya Caravan route to Tibet border, where trade still exists among the locals.

Walk on windswept terrain and cross a high pass of Jyang-La reaching Tokyu. One of the largest villages around Upper and Inner Dolpo, an interesting village to visit its old monasteries. From Tokyo village on the return journey as the trail follows through Dho-Tarap to Tarakot, a historical village. In early days stood as a fort guarding against outside intruders and an interesting village to explore and witness fascinating cultures. After an enjoyable time walk follows to Dunai, a large town, and headquarters of Dolpo district.

Dunai finally, the walk ends on reaching Jhupal for the last overnight around Dolpo areas. Next morning a scenic flight brings you to Kathmandu via Nepalgunj. After a great wonderful adventure and experience on Upper & Inner Dolpo Trekking.

Upper Dolpo and Shey Gompa, require special permits, as it falls within the restricted areas for foreign visitors.
