The Booking Condition forms a legal binding contract between the client and Third Eye Adventure Pvt Ltd for the services provided. The contract documents the detailsof what is and not included in the trip. Here, it is made clear and understood what is refundable and non-refundable.
We request you to deposit 20% of the total amount by three weeks before your arrival as a confirmation and the remaining amountis paid before or upon your arrival in Kathmandu.
If you have to cancel your trip due to an unforeseen situation, Third Eye Adventure Pvt Ltd refunds 10% of the total cost of the trip.
You must provide your own insurance. You must make sure that you have insurance that covers medical problems abroad. If you do, it should includethe cost of rescue transportation as well as any possible hospital bills, which can be quite costly. Insurance permits you to travel safely and comfortably. Unavoidable accidents can happen regardless of how high of safety standards we set. Insurance allows you to enjoy your trip to its fullest potential without worries.
Flights to and from the trail may be delayed or cancelled due to the bad weather or anotherreason that is beyond our control. If this happens, you are responsible for your accommodation and food costs for the extra days. Third Eye Adventure Pvt Ltd cannot take responsibility or liability for any disruption or modification in your travel itinerary due to unpreventablecauses.
You assume the possible risks associated with the trek/expedition in regards to personal injury, illness, and death.
Disclosure of Client’s Health
Clients with a pre-existing medical condition or illness must declare their case at the time of booking and provide a medical statement from a doctor confirming that they are fit to travel and undertake the given trek/expeditionwith Third Eye Adventure Pvt Ltd.
Third Eye Adventure Pvt Ltd sincerely considers any complaint whereby written note is given to us within 15 days of the end of the activity.
