Booking Conditions for Nepal, India Bhutan, and Tibet Trips with Third Eye Adventure :

Booking Process: 

When selecting the package, read all the details that are involved such as the schedule, what is provided and what is not. This way, you can always be prepared for what is to come your way. After that, you can complete the form for the desired package and continue with the booking on our website or by sending a message to info@thirdeyeadventure.com or ganeshneu30@gmail.com.

Trip Prices: 

It is important to note that all trip prices have been quoted in USD currency. In case you are booking the trip with us and paying for it in your local currency, then the exchange rate of the same day set by Nepal Rastra Bank will apply on the other currency to convert to USD.

Note: Credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There’s a 3. Card payments should attract a 5% fee. Any other charges which are charged by bank are not our responsibility and does not form part of trip cost. We will also not be liable for any issue or error that may occur in the course of payment. 

Booking Requirements:

Nepal Trips: 

To book a trip to Nepal, you should fill in the booking form, scan your passport and send us the scanned documents along with 20% down payment of the total cost of the trip. 

Bhutan and Tibet Trips: 

To confirm the Bhutan and Tibet tours you are required to fill the booking form completely and submit a photocopy of your passport along with 50% non refundable deposit of the whole tour cost. 

Remaining Balance Payment:

Nepal Trips: The balance can be paid in USD or by credit card on the first day of the tour or during the pre-tour briefing at our office or hotel. 

India Trips: The remaining payment for India trips should be made in USD through bank transfer or credit card at least 20 days prior to the trip start date. 

Bhutan and Tibet Trips: The rest is payable in USD or by credit card at least 20 days prior to the start of the trip. 

Last Minute Booking: 

Nepal Trips: As for the last-minute bookings they can be done even the day before the trip or even 10 days before the departure. For a last-minute booking, the total cost should be paid at once.

Bhutan and Tibet Trips: For the Bhutan and Tibet tours, it is possible to book a tour with less than a one month notice and full payment to the company is permitted up to 20 days before the date of the tour begins. 

The following booking conditions apply and it is understood and agreed that any person having booked a tour through Third Eye Adventure shall be bound by the terms and conditions thereof.
