The Contract

The Booking Condition forms a legally binding contract between the client and Third Eye Adventure Pvt Ltd for the services provided. The agreement documents the details of what is and is not included in the trip. Here, it is made clear and understood what is refundable and non-refundable.

Booking

We request you to deposit 20% of the total amount by three weeks before your arrival as a confirmation and the remaining amount is paid before or upon your arrival in Kathmandu.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel your trip due to an unforeseen situation, Third Eye Adventure Pvt Ltd refunds 10% of the total cost of the trip.

Insurance

You must provide your own insurance. You must make sure that you have insurance that covers medical problems abroad. If you do, it should include the cost of rescue transportation as well as any possible hospital bills, which can be quite costly. Insurance permits you to travel safely and comfortably. Unavoidable accidents can happen regardless of how high safety standards we set. Insurance allows you to enjoy your trip to its fullest potential without worries.

Flight Cancellation

Flights to and from the trail may be delayed or canceled due to bad weather or another reason that is beyond our control. If this happens, you are responsible for your accommodation and food costs for the extra days. Third Eye Adventure Pvt Ltd cannot take responsibility or liability for any disruption or modification in your travel itinerary due to unpreventable causes.

Risk Assumption

You assume the possible risks associated with the trek/expedition regarding personal injury, illness, and death.

Disclosure of Client’s Health

Clients with a pre-existing medical condition or illness must declare their case at the time of booking and provide a medical statement from a doctor confirming that they are fit to travel and undertake the given trek/expedition with Third Eye Adventure Pvt Ltd.

Complaints

Third Eye Adventure Pvt Ltd sincerely considers any complaint whereby a written note is given to us within 15 days of the end of the activity.
