Ganesh has been involved in many sectors of the tourism industry for over 10 years. Honesty, dedication, helpfulness and a hardworking attitude has helped Ganesh excel at his job.  All this has helped many dreams come true for his clients, many of which he is now good friends with.  Of course trekking is a profession, but Ganesh has broken this down to develop the concept regarding the social business. Social factor is the backbone of his profession and he excels in this.

Jason has been involved in the tourism industry in Australia and Nepal for the last 5 years.  Having guided through deserts, Rainforests and mountain regions, his passion for delivering a safe and unforgettable holiday has helped him make many friends all over the world.  He has a passion for travelling and hiking and so has teamed up with Ganesh to create Third Eye Adventure; a company that supports the local community, local guides and local business’s, but with the standards and efficency that has become expected by travellers around the world.

Roashan Bhatta has been involved in the trekking industry for over 6 years. Having finished his lower level education in his hometown of Gorkha, Roshan then moved to Kathmandu to continue his higher education. As his parents are farmers, they weren’t able to support his education, so in the beginning Roshan began working as a porter. After gaining knowledge and experience along different trekking routes, he was promoted as an assistant guide. Today Roshan has a trekking license from the ministry of tourism called NATHM (National Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management), and has a vast knowledge of various trekking routes and culture. He has been part of our TEA team since it was established.

Prakash Banjara’s strong level of fitness gives him the drive to take on the more strenuous trekking throughout Nepal. Like most of our guides, Prakesh also started as a porter. As a trekking guide he’s traversed most of Nepal’s regions, but by far his most popular trails are through the Annapurna, Langtang and Manaslu regions. He is an honest guide and dedicated towards his work.

Deepak Neupane is a senior guide with TEA and is well accustomed to leading large groups. Our clients are always very happy with his service and hospitality as well as his good level of English. Deepak has his license from the Ministry of Tourism (NATHM) and first aid training. With a great knowledge in handling Altitude Mountain Sickness (AMS), you can feel safe knowing you’re in good hands. Deepak’s favourite region to trek through is around Everest.

Ramkrishna Panday has more than 20 years experience in the industry. He started out working in the streets, back in a time when online business didn’t exist, bringing potential guest into trekking agencies. Today Ramkrishna has a broad knowledge of Nepal’s tourism and trekking regions. His pleasant personality, polite speaking and great hospitality make him a very charming guide to be around. His specialty are in Nepal is the Annapurna region.

Rabin Neupane is a senior guide with TEA, and has more than a decades worth of experience trekking having started out as a porter. Having a good level of English and an impressive knowledge about local and international political situations, you’ll love spending time with Rabin. He can thoroughly explain Nepal’s different cultures, rituals and traditions of the different castes and tribes. Rabin is also part comedian and so loves joking and laughing most of the time. He will make your time in Nepal a memorable one.
