Yala Peak Climbing (19 days)
Yala Peak (5,520m) is one of Nepal’s easier trekking peaks, located to the north of Kathmandu in the beautiful Langtang valley region. We will be in the heart of the Himalaya with awe inspiring views into Tibet and out over Nepal. This is the chance to experience an adventure encompassing all of the best elements of a Himalayan mini expedition in an enjoyable and accessible way. Langtang is the closest national park to Kathmandu, requiring a drive to get there, and the valley is famous for its flora, aswell as beautiful himalayan peaks.
You will have stunning views of many beautiful mountains such as Lantang Lirung (7246m), Lenpo Gang 7083m), Dorje Lakpa (6990m) and mighty Shishapangma (8027m) on the Tibetan side.
The Yala Peak climb is non-technical and prior climbing experience is not required, however extensive outdoor experience and a reasonably good level of fitness is necessary and will enable you to thoroughly enjoy your adventure.
