His knowledge of Bhutan was diverse and extensive. He was warm, friendly, patient and flexible. I really enjoyed learning about Buddhism from him. We had different drivers (thank you Passang and Jameeung (spelling?)) but all were friendly, professional and skilled at navigating the tricky roads. The hotels we stayed at were comfortable and our dietary preferences were accommodated. In general, everyone we encountered made great efforts to ensure our comfort, happiness and safety. I learned so much about history, culture and daily life of people in Bhutan. Our Guide make sure we had a great experience. Everyday was full of adventures from hiking to eating lunch prepared by locals. He knows all the secret trails and speaks perfect English!
